1. Use of the service

Smart Apply is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for the content you submit and the applications you send.

2. Account

You must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

3. AI-generated content

Smart Apply uses third-party language models to generate CVs, cover letters, and form answers. You are responsible for reviewing every piece of generated content before sending it to a prospective employer.

4. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
